Sale of a local estate agent and lettings Company to a local competitor with complex purchase price calculations linked to turnover, client base and the status of property sales as at the date of completion
Sale of shares in a family owned Financial Advisors practice for £1,4m, requiring consent from a parent practice which the company was accredited to, and with various income streams requiring complex drafting
The reconstruction of two companies following a failed takeover several years previously, including the renegotiation of debt provisions with the former owner enabling the client to achieve total control of both companies, and remove a former director who retained the role in name alone.
